Data Centers Near Me

Hear about a data center before the bulldozers do.

Most people learn about a data center near them from a construction fence. The filings come first, months earlier. Tell us where to watch and we email you when a new campus is recorded there.

Know when a new data center is recorded anywhere in the US

Each time we refresh the public records and a new campus appears anywhere in the country, you get one short email naming it, with the document behind it.

Want alerts for one place instead? Check an address or open any county or state page; each has its own alert.

Questions people ask

How often will you email me?

Only when something new is recorded for the place you chose. There is no newsletter, no digest of things you did not ask about, and no marketing.

How do you know when a new data center is proposed?

We rebuild the dataset from public records: federal air permits, county and state planning layers, assessor parcels, grid interconnection queues and named public directories. When a refresh records a campus that was not there before, subscribers for that area get one email naming it and linking the document behind it.

Is it free?

Yes, and it stays free. There is no paid tier and nothing to upgrade to.

How do I stop the emails?

Every email has a one-click unsubscribe link. Clicking it deletes your address and the places you chose.
