All 3,222 counties with project counts by status and precision, coverage depth, moratorium records and density.
The licence, plainly
The download is offered under the Open Database License 1.0. Use it, publish from it, build on it. Attribute it, and if you publish a database derived from it, publish that under the same licence. It is share-alike because some of its sources are: OpenStreetMap and DataCentersExposed both require it.
What is withheld, and why. 666 of 4,091 campuses are not in the download. They are the ones whose only source is a directory whose terms do not permit us to redistribute their compilation. Their facts are still on this site with attribution, because a location is not something anyone owns, but handing on their file is a different act and we do not do it. Records from sources whose terms forbid republishing them are excluded from this project entirely.
