Tell us we are wrong

This site is compiled from public records, and public records contain mistakes. So does our reading of them. If a page says something untrue about a property, a company or a project, we want to know and we will fix it.

Email corrections@datacentersnearme.org. Include the page address and what is wrong. If you can point at the document that shows it, that is the fastest possible route, but it is not required.

What happens

  1. We answer within 48 hours. A person reads it, not a filter.
  2. We check the source document the page points at, because every field here has one.
  3. If the record is wrong, we correct it and it flows to the site on the next refresh.
  4. If the underlying public record is wrong, we say so on the page and cite what we found.
  5. If we disagree, we tell you why and show you the document. You are then free to disagree publicly, and we will publish that too.

Takedowns

Everything here is drawn from public records about commercial and industrial facilities, and nothing on this site is about a private individual. If you believe a page identifies a person or exposes something that is not a matter of public record, write to the same address and say so. That is treated as urgent rather than as a dispute.

We will not remove a true, sourced fact about a permitted industrial facility because a company would prefer it were not public. We will always correct a false one.
